I love my glp 437 but it just eats Cr2's. I tried going to batteries plus but they didn't have rechargeable ones. I have already used two $8 batteries in the last few days and I want to find some good protected rechargeable ones. I've looked online but most results are for Chinese batteries and chargers where they list them as a dual 16340/Cr2 chargers. any one want to share where they get theirs.

I buy my batteries in a german onlineshop , but that wouldn't work for you I suppose.
I recommend this site AkkuDB there you can see the test results of several 16340 cells and then just google the type you want :)

15270 battery I've never heard of that size before if so no wonder your having a hard time finding them there may be another rechargeable battery that's close in size that will fit instead even if a cheap Chinese battery its got to be better than buying non rechargeable ones, are you sure in the size i could be wrong, but that size doesn't ring any bells .270 in length is very short

Well size wise CR123 is same as 16340 so i don't get where 15270 comes in a cr123 is a 3 volt non rechargeable battery a LCR123 is a 3.7 rechargeable or a LR 123 is same thing just different manufacturer code on the battery

I'm curious you say your glp 437 is eating batteries ....its only 5 to 7 mW the batteries should last quite a while an offshoot question why going flat so fast ?

I think its because 473nm DPSS is the most inefficient DPSS system we hobbyists got Calculated its around 0.007W/(0.9 driver efficiency * 0.45 808nm diode efficiency * 0.1 473nm DPSS efficiency)=0.172W total in best case its maybe only 0.05 DPSS efficiency :)

They sell cr2's at radio shack. Just bought a pair for 20 bucks, biggest rip-off ever. You can definitely find them cheaper online, amazon is your best bet... as for quality, well, I have no idea :)
