28mV and 40mV Across 32650

Still dicking around with these. My Friend was being a clown so I didn't get around to use that. Got tired of his arrogant ass.

Anyway have a good source to get these? I seen the ones that Feilong has Kaidomain and The ones Jay posted.

Just go to the crapshack and get a 10 ohm resister and charge it with the 18650 ?

I suppose the protection circuit may be a problem here - it is powered from the battery, and since the battery is near zero volts, it doesnt get power at all. It seems to give you an almost open circuit so far, otherwise directly connecting the two cells would have resulted in a rapid flow of current from the full to the empty/dead cell.

Perhaps you should be glad about that though, charging them like that sounds like a recipe for a rather large bang
