10x11.4mm buck-boost driver, miniaturized version

This post is for the moderator:
-The user gillza, without any technical skill as himself has admitted, has sistematically tried to disturb this thread by insulting me and the other persons involved in this project, that is an evoluted and commercial fork of my opensource buck-boost driver.
-There is an agreement for this fork between me and other persons involved in the development and testing process of the product.
-The user gillza has posted and distributed some files that are property of me and the other involved in this fork without any authorization.
I ask the moderator to close this thread and remove the files from the post #61 of the user gillza.
I also ask the moderator to take any necessary measure to limit the fraudolent activity of that user.

Iv'e gone through the posts as best I can. From what I can see Luke has adressed concerns, and so have you. This is an open forum and we encourage open discussion.
From what I can see, niether party has been insulting or derogatory in an any way, merely questioning various occorences and legitemate concerns.
Gzilla has already said that he's not going to talk to you so thats that.

I dont pretend to know the in's and out's of "open source" so maybe someone more qualified than myself could look into that.

Many thanks for your attention and for your answer.
All the question is really simple:
-on may 2012, after various schematic simulations, i have posted the project of a new driver complete of all the documentation
-foulmist and anthot, with this documents, have built the driver and made several tests
-all of us have made public the results of the tests. The opensource version is still on the forum with all design files
-anthot has the necessary economical and technical capabilities to sustain a project
-foulmist has the necessary technical capability to cooperate to a project
-anthot has asked me to develop a new improved version with some new features and reduced dimensions and we have decided to start a new cooperation
-i have posted the announcement of the future availability of a new driver and removed the very preliminary, reduced dimension, test files of the project because this is becoming a commercial fork
-i have modified the schematic and prepared the final version with a new current monitor feature
-anthot will distribute the driver
-foulmist will cooperate for the production and testing of this new version
-i will continue to develop and enhance the project for new features

Gillza has made his first appearance stating that this new project is property of all the community as all of my present and future work.
Gillza is stating that he is speaking for all the community.
Gillza has posted, without any authorization of the author, the preliminary positioning files that are not his property and are not useful in any way because the schematic of this fork has changed and these files could not work (but this is not a problem for him because he stated also that he is not technical competent).
Gillza has been insulting when he has stated that i'm using some presumed improvements of the project, given by the community, for my personal profit.
The only users that have cooperated to the project are Anthot and Foulmist and there is an active cooperation between us.

At this point i'm ready to stop any further support to the opensource version of the driver project that however will continue to be a my intellectual property.
I'm also ready to stop any further disclosure of my future works.
The community is free to be grateful for that to the user Gillza that, without any technical competence, has collected a total of 337 very useful posts since jul 2010.

How long will it be till you scope it?

If I read that right, cutting off your nose to spite your face will get you no where.

If you post things in a public forum, expect responces, and not all of them will be good. Everyone has thier critics.
Its, upto you to directly adress them, or be ready for ridicule if you dont.

Of course, if you feel any member is personally harassing you, then thats a different story.

All that said, I'm sure I'm not alone when I say that the communtiy in general is crying out for new drivers and as long as people like yourself (with the assistance of others) keep bringing new ideas & products to the table, then we're moving in the right direction.

We have some great members here, and some not so great, dont be drawn into things and feel free to use the block feature in your user profile. You will find 99% of people will be behind you, but of course there will allways be the 1% that are hell bent on causing drama. Just steer clear of them and keep working on that driver.

I have over one semester of high school physics behind me. I know the basics, but i really want to learn more
