That's not an LED driver. That is a general purpose 5V supply. The forward voltage of those LEDs is 35V. It WILL NOT WORK. Why didn't you ask BEFORE buying the supplies?

Even if you get a 35V power supply, it might still fry the LEDs over time. LEDs need constant current to operate properly. You've linked a constant voltage supply.

I recently purchaced a pair (2) of 100w LEDs and a 200w LED driver, the output for the driver states its 5v @ 40amps. will i still be able to run these leds or do i need another power conversion? Im aware im going to need resistors and what not too.
