If you want a real led thrower, check out XRE equipped torches. They have tiny emitters and glass optics on the package, little since has. Or XPG for a bit more flood. XML has same or better surface brightness now but larger optics required.

Maelstrom G5 could be a good choice if you can get a deal on one. I owned both XPG and XML versions, XPG was better thrower but XML is a better all round worklight and hand cannon with more flood.

Id recommend the 7G5 series from crelant ;) esp with the aspheric head. The newest version the CS U3 is slightly more than your buget but you should be able to find the V2 around $60

how long do you really want, and the lumen, maybe you can see this flashlight which i find on amazon. it is $34.99, and with 3800LM

Definitely not 3800 lumens.

I got a convoy l2 from fasttech.com.au for under 50 bucks. It throws like a lightsabor
