I was thinking there is no way an 8700mAh battery will fit in there. Then I saw the chick holding it. Seems like way to much epicness for 100$ but then again I'm not a flashlight guy.

Fiddy, Things and Jayrob have one. They're pretty decent considering their price. The 85w model puts out about 6000 lumens.

If you want a real HID, search around for the Firefox 4 light.

It takes 18650 cells and is very very compact.

It does seem iffy for $100. SOS wouldn't be very good using HID lamps. I'd say go for it though.

Something I noticed in the description...

Red, Yellow, Blue and Green are the four colours for lampshade. (Yellow lampshade is default accessory. If you want other colour, please don't hesitate to leave us a massage or make note in PayPal.)

 :shhh:

I have an older 75W version, and they are quite bright indeed. 8500lm is definitely a stretch, I'd probably say 3-5K at the most.

They are quite well built, for the money they're a nice deal.

And yes, although the SOS mode works fine, it'll degrade the bulb a fair bit faster.
