What kind of work lights/flashlights do you have? I prefer worklights over flashlights since they leave my hands free to do stuff. I could not find any proper worklights, and the almost proper ones were insanely expensive.

So i decided to make one myself. How hard can it be? ;)

One ebay order and some soldering later, may i present to you the 3200 Lumen baseballcap light:

It has two series, 1x20W and 2x10W, separately toggleable by switches.

Haloid95: It sure looks heavy, but once on your head you virtually forget you have any extra weight on your head. Its not that many hundred grams.

Baseball Cap LED Light 3200 Lumen - YouTube

Here you go :)

The video really does no justice for the light, you can see about 100 meters in total darkness. The night shot image in OP illustrates this well. The house in that image is about 80 meters away, and you can see it clearly in the image, even better in person.

The batteries go in the pocket. Because of the design of the cord it is always firm and won't droop in your way when moving about.
