Just wondering if this is a good efficient driver for 445nm build.

I know in the past a lot of people have had issues using led drivers for laser applications.

I would say just stick to the Dr. Lava drivers. Everyone knows those work.

The reviews also state that it does not draw a full 1w from the battery. One of the reviews states that it draws 700mah...so if thats going to the diode as all, your looking at getting 600-700mW depending on the diode/lens combo you use.

there are some amazing led drivers for lasers but they are not boost drivers.
if you want to know some good ones that run off 2 3.7v battery's i will pull them up. dont order from DX, tho
Theres a better site Best offer buy. they offer better shipping and respond to emails.
