Spot size for PLTB450B

Hello I'm a new in the feild of optics,I had a basic question,I'm doing an experiment to generate white light using OSRAM blue laser PLTB450B diode and along with it using a G2 lens, now my question is how to find the beam diameter and spot size experimentally?
As I need to create small spot size on the flurosence material made up of YAG:Ce material .

Experimentally = measure it!
