Well, provided I have my math right...

6Wh / 4V = 1.5Ah = 1500mAh

But maybe it's not that simple.

Very nice - only thing I would do differently is add one of jayrob's EzFocus adapters, hate getting my fingers that close to high power beam (and it would look quite nice with that host) ;)

math is right, I just wanted to confirm that.
here it is at home depot - $13 plus shipping

And the fast charger charges in 36 minutes, kinda nice.
I also wonder if it is protected, or if there products do that.
I assume its the "impossible to make explode" chemistry based on the high recharge number.

Hey dieselmarine, nice build.. Can I ask, who is making the heat sinks for all of your hosts? I really like the GITD front pieces you have on many of you lasers.

Mostly forum members, in addition, one of my marine bros is a machinist, he charges me just for cost of material. The only bad thing is he don't add a set screw, the aixiz module is press fitted into the heat sink.

The gitd aperture is my own touch I give to my lasers, only my uv lasers e.g. 405nm-445nm because the laser charges the gitd aperture so it glows really bright, just like a black light does!

Oh really, I thought it would be incorporated in to the heat sink design. So for this build did you use a GITD paint or film? Because I have seen some of your other builds that have GITD o-rings, which I found really cool.

I think you are mistaken my friend, I never used an o-ring in any of my builds
its a two part process.. some glow tape and the other part is a carefully guarded secret!

Oh your right, I was thinking of this laser, but it seems you have used the same technique...
