Yep. That's the same one Rayfoss is selling here: --> www.rayfoss.com

I wouldn't buy it from Dino Direct because they don't guarantee output or non-DOA status. I don't think they offer any waranty either.
Shoot, dino doesn't even provide safety glasses with it and they call it a "pointer" when its really a 1W portable laser. :crackup:

I agree with Ash. Rayfoss has the same host and they arnt shady like dino. I bought one laser off of dino and never again. They just make you pay more for a sticker there.

I have noticed this with many of rayfoss's "working current" For the working current, I think they mean how much the driver plus diode draws, not just the diode. Coz there is no other way you could have a 300mW violet working with 650ma

The new Host, 1Watt 445nm runs at 1.6Amp (3.7volt 18650 battery)

Faona measured my 1W 445nm at 870mW.

The new Host is focusable (head turns to focus closer or infinity) - It's super strong.

Hmm. I might get one from rayfoss another time. For now I am going to get one from yobresal on the forums. I will get the rayfoss eventually because its waterproof and I can blind scuba divers without them knowing who it was *coughs and thinks of the karma to come* jk. But ya, I want waterproof for when I go to Traverse city. It will have a nice beam in the bay :D
