pretty sure its not illegal to point a laser in the sky, probably not illegal to make it a design either since there probably isnt even a law that covers making designs with lasers in the sky - could be but I dont think so

I would like to see a actual UFO - like from the 50's movies projected on the cloud that would look fake but be funny as ever

Woulda, coulda, shoulda, think, ect. Get some facts man, instead of talking out your arss.

In the US it is illegal to shine a >5mW laser in the sky. You can own a high power laser, but its not suppose to leave your house. Many countries have simular laws too. In Australia they have stricter laws.

Might be a RC toy helicopter with a bare 445 diode shining down. or maybe even LEDs. looks like the dot gets over exposed on the cam for a moment here n there probably from choppa wobbling. I doubt it would be that visible if it was illuminating a cloud from the ground. Plus theres plenty RC toys with leds already on them. So all things considered i do believe its a ufo. just not from space but from walmart or toysrus. :)

It was a RC plane with glowing wire around it.

There is a video of the guy who flew the plane around somewhere.

It usually doesn't take my mind very long to "get with the program", but for a moment or two . . . . . :tinfoil:

What's even worse is when you are trying to find your keys and they are in your hand along with your coffee mug. :banghead:
