i was in maplins the other day and saw this case and thought hm thats looks a good size and shape lets get one. so am now craming lots in there to make a 5-6watt 445 modules.

additional pics will follow as and when

the actual lid measures just 120mm by 95mm, so its going to be a tight build

am also working up a beta version of this module, 10 diodes each driven by its own driver. all enclosed in that housing

1.2amps each i wont be over driving them, ill be going by the spec sheet

off topic (sorry andy, cruel looking build by the way, can't wait to see the compact photon-faucet at full force) but I lol'd. We can't say "That's Wicked!" because that might convey the wrong message. "That's Cruel!" sounds cool :wave:

That's amazing to say the least. Do I even need to mention the need for glasses here? Just kidding, I'm sure you know that already. Great job on the build, it looks great, although I'd like to see the finished case for that.
