nice laser :) you might want to change the mw to W or take your decimal away ;) i don't think that laser is 1.25mw :beer:

I like the nice round dot on it for a mutli mode it cleaned up nice though I do see some spash a few feet below the dot. Did you use a 3 element lens or a g1 g2 lens.

most of the time the pot on a driver changes how much current gets to the diode. its basicly just a variable resistor, but you will definately need a test load to check how much current is going through, you dont want to fry your new diode do you
