It isn't line laser lens.
It's just normal diode and lens

what's wrong with this?

It's a new diode.

What diode is that ? If it is 445nm then the pattern looks normal to me.

It's 445nm diode.

but this is normal?

I think it should be a round dot shape.

You can't unless with additional optics. Focus it to infinity and the dot will be pretty small but it won't go round.

I tried but the dot shape doesn't come out.:(

and the driver making a noise when it's running.

Its difficult to understand exactly what you're doing. Forgetting the driver noise, if you have that beam on the wall, you must be able to focus it to a point with a lens. (unless the diode is set wrong in the module - not far enough in - and the lens wont screw in enough to get it close enough to the diode).
hmmmmmmm.?

edit, You won't get a perfect circle, as Blord said, but as a 'dot' (burning maybe?) there shouldn't be a problem.

please give a example picture for me.

I still don't know how this diode can burn something.

I'm sorry to bother you.

You just need to focus it. Just because the dot is a line instead of round doesn't mean you can't focus it down to a point. All you have to do is adjust your output lens until the beam is focused to a point or you can use a magnifying glass to achieve the same result. That line shaped dot is perfectly normal for these kinds of diodes.

What lens are you using ? Maybe you put the lens backward in. You can't get the dot small when the lens is put the wrong end in.

To add a bit to what's already been said...

The output looks perfectly normal for a 445nm diode. You can focus it to a much smaller dot, and for pointing it works great, however the dot shape will still remain a rectangular with rounded edges. You won't really see this though unless you're looking through goggles, or looking at the dot at a distance, after the laser is focused to infinity.

Also not uncommon for drivers to make a bit of noise.
