M140 445nm or Osram PLTB450 450nm

I will run my diode at 1.25A , but I can not decide which diode I should get:thinking:. I am stuck on either the M140 or the Osram PLTB450 from DTR. I want one that has a long run cycle, a really good looking beam with little divergence, and that is a great burner. :yh:

Seems to me that the M140 would be a superior diode, but I'm new, so don't trust my judgement completely.

Personally I like the PLTB450B the best. Nearly as powerful but much better beam specs.
