Hello everyone. I ordered a laser from a vendor found on here and it arrived without a lens in the focus ring. Dot on the wall isn't really a dot it's a huge fat line. This laser is a 445nm just over 2 watts. It contains the g2 lens. When removing the focus ring there is no lens in it, where can I order one that will ship to the us fast, I waited 2 months for the laser to ship and can't even really use it now, kind of bummed. Appreiceate any help.

aixiz.com has them about as cheap as anyone and you can get it quick( they are in Houston) at thier site you will find a 713 area code fone# you can call Chuck at that number weekdays only after 9 and no later than noon Houston time- he can get the quicker shipping optoions for you over the fone and you can pay AixiZ with your CCard
If you call early tommorrow he may get it out the same day

BTW any reason you have not placed your location in your profile? we really need that to give you the best advice

also there may be a member close by ands if they have a LPM you can get all your lasers metered for free and get hands-on help-- btw 'planet earth' wont cut it and we will not find that amusing--

GL hak

ps Im going NOW to read your 'intro' thread I hope you made( in the welcome section) when you joined this forum- its only good manners to do that.

What does that mean? The focus ring would have been screwed onto the lens, if you removed it then you unscrewed it from the lens or it wasn't attached to anything to begin with. Can you post photos?

Lenses can be purchased here:

www.aixiz.net

And here if you're in the USA:

Survival Laser USA Home

Here if outside the USA:

Edit: just remembered AixiZ also sells much of their stuff on Amazon:

Have you contacted the seller? You shouldn't have to buy a lens yourself, the seller should make things right.

Yes, who was the seller? That's a major douche move, the seller is fully responsible for that...

Yes that's right, whoever you are

Unless it was Grix or Thejoker301 (Sci-Fi lasers) then it was just a mistake. Still I would like to see photos.

Jeepers, this is the second thread in a row I just read with a laser right out of the box that had issues with the aperture/lens end of the laser. I know that things can happen during manufacturing but just contact the seller as they are the one responsible for making it right.

Dang Pi R Squared, you sure have a nice collection of links that you shared. Nice job.
Rep + for you :)
