i found this on german ebay:

it looks like one of those cheap <1000mW blue laser sets: host looks like WL arctic, it is 1y old, rarely used and status of the batteries more or less unknown. belongs to the son but mum is selling it and says everything is fine...
laser is from "laserfanatics"

if shipping cost is 10$, what would you bid for it?

I wouldn't pay over $60 for it personally... others might say $80-90.
