Ya sorry man. Its weird, my pot spins that big of range. Is this normal?

Not normal at all for you to have that kind of a range...
Driver must be damaged in some way.
And also, be careful not to turn the pot too far in either direction. It will go past where it is supposed to go, but it could get damaged if you do that.
It is a single turn pot... (like 8:00 to 4:00)

I dont really have very good ability to show a Macro. I know I bumped the second and third resistor.I had it set for the high range then when the Blue went TU I tried to go for the range below it and now the pot goes from super low to above maximum

It looks like you are drawing more voltage than the driver can output. I has similar experience with a o-like driver (the earlier ones). But you said you have changed the driver, so that is not an issue. Also if you look closely at the video, you will see the full array of emitters of the diode don't seem to be lasing... I think it was either ESD, or poor connections that caused the problem.

Yeah I believe it was Mr. ESD.. Sigh... Popped a 12x diode by lightly bumbping it on my hand to see if the lens was loose. Didn't know they break that easy. It quickly LEDd... Everything I do, in theory, should work great. It just doesn't.

It's not your driver, it's not your batteries. It's your diode. Mine does the exact same thing. Think back and try to remember if you dropped or banged it, even slightly. Mine suffered a two foot drop, and now it has the same symptoms. I'm just buying a new diode. Good luck!
