I can say with some certainty that darker skin will burn easier than pale skin.
Also if you have tribal black inked tattoos, that also burns like a mother.

For the video, wow that is brilliant. The identification could help a lot of people. As for the bug-burning, anyone try taking out a stinkbug(perhaps that was out of reach)?
