445NM Lens re-assembly Survival Lasers

Anyone got a pic of the 2 piece lens assembly, specifically, Survival Lasers?
The screw came loose, and I don't know the correct order of lenses.
I am looking at a fat lens, a skinny lens, a metal spacer, and the end screw.
If a pic is not available, then the correct order of parts would be helpful!
