This is my first laser review:)
Here is a beast. I recently got this 1w 445nm blue laser.
In the pic, the laser looks tiny in the hand. But don't let its size fool you, because this laser can ignite white matches from a distance of 9 feet(can pop a balloon from that distance as well), burn white paper, burn through CD holder cases in an instant, and can cut through thick tape, and a wooden toothpick with ease.
It runs with a single 18650 battery, and can be switched on with a push button on the back. The beam is visible even during daytime, and is focusable. Despite the size of this laser, it's doing a great job!
It is a tad expensive (around 340$), but I personally think it's worth it. The build quality is great, and it feels very sturdy. It is also water proof and can withstand water depths of about 1 meters. And of course, safety glasses are needed when looking at this laser.

Here are some pics of this laser. Thanks :)

Where did u get it?, $340 is indeed quite expensive specially in that host which is not bad, i actually like it and feels good but is very generic, also have the o-like 405nm 400mw and the duty cicle is very short, so must be it with yours.

The point is that for the money u paid, u easily could get something top-notch.

Yea where did you get it from. I only seen 405nm and 650nm/660nm in that Host.

Pretty cool.

Are you sure its 445nm and 405nm.?

I have seen/own this host with green, violet, and red lasers. Never seen it in blue and I have been looking too. Please post a link.
edit: found a similar one. Same host....lower power. 445nm-450nm Blue 400mw Focusable Waterproof Laser Pointer

I live in Japan(I'm not Japanese though). So I bought it from a Japanese sight.

????????????CBX |??????????????????????

Here is the link, but it's in Japanese(Use Google translate), it's a pretty trusted laser seller. The laser has been down-graded since I bought it, and is now sold at 800mw. These kinds of things are always expensive here. It's because of importing laws and restriction :(
