Ahoihoi

After I finished work on the gun, I was making a video right away. Took me THIRTYSIX hours, interrupted by 5 hours of sleep. Spent the WHOLE saturday and half of friday before on that. Thanks IE8 and Nero Visions for crashing down a 100 times....wanted a special thumbnail...now I got it.
Zero 1: IE8/Nero 0

The video:

Can't attach pics or insert links....way to tired to mess with this right now. If one of the mods would embed my video...you would earn a hug.

Great video, but even greater build, i love the gun you've chosen to put it in, reminds me of the pistols from the Mass Effect series. :)

Now that's epic.

Need more detailed pics of guts of the laser,
And info - battery, driver, current, lens, diode used,

And more detailed picz of everything too.

Totally reminds me of Mass Effect pistols though.
Your fabrication skills totally rock.

Thanks man.

Well...the driver...LM317. Reliable as long as you power it from batteries. You can see the laser-unit on the slide-show.

Can't play around with it anymore, because its sold you know. ;-)

I can only see small bits, and not clear enough.

SOLD? Too bad :( It was a masterpiece...

Thanks guys.
Yep....was sold before it was done to be honest. Will feel VERY bad to put this in a package, wrap it with tape and carry it to the post-office.

I would too...

Tell me, how do you fabricate the parts of which you asemble the gun? I se plexiglass core, right? On it, metal parts to esthetic looks and possibly case connection...

Do you CNC cut them out of a sheet of metal or what?
