After getting my refund from Wicked I am trying to decide between a 1w Spartan $230 plus shipping or try LVYI 1w 445 $170 incudes shipping and it is water proof and is able to be focused. I am not familiar with LVYI, has anybody had any epierience with them? What do you guys think? :anyone:

That was my thought, but they are in china. They can't even spell laser on their front page of the web site.

The Spartan is the way to go. Dont waste your money on unknown laser websites.

Absolutely nothing is consistent on that site. The graphic has the wrong colors for wavelengths, the company is called "LVYI Laster" (I'm assuming they meant laser, it's written correctly on the bottom) and they're calling 445 green. I'm sure you'll get great support from their "Demostic saies team".

Then there's this gem on the bottom:
Lvyi Laser only processes high-tech blue laser products. It has perfect circuit design, copper cooling and high quality material, which is too excellent for other similar product in the market to be compared with ours.

I personally wouldn't trust that LVYI site at all. Looks like a DYI job anyway, which you could build for cheaper and better quality yourself.

Go with the Spartan. CNI lasers are of excellent quality. I got my first green laser there years and years ago. And it still works to this day even after all the abuse I have put it through. I even had it sit in my freezer for like 8 months, lol. I was trying to cool it down after a burning session and totally forgot about it. It was hidden in the freezer behind a ice tray, and when I found it I tried turning it on and to my surprise it still worked!
