Hello I have problem with my 445 blue laser which started to flash after about 3 week after i got it.(it was not flashing before) I have 2 3.7 v UltraFire 2500mah (22600) batteries(only 1 can go into the laser flash light) laser flashes with both batteries (didnt use to flash before)
( it starts to flash right after i turn it on (so its not over heating problems)

Sometimes it does not flash if i keeep clicking on and off ) or swap batteries between the 2

What could it be??

My 445 flashes when my batteries are getting low and need recharged. you might have a dirty contact point or a loose wire.

Did your laser work with these batteries before?
Did you check you battery contact points? if they get dirty they can cause a poor connection or a voltage drop, and make sure you don't have any loose connections or broken solder points.

Since it works intermittently when you "click it on and off" your switch may be failing.

Batteries and chargers can also fail.

Buy a new battery, check the "fully charged" voltage, clean ALL accessible contacts (batteries, springs, contact discs, threads, etc.).
If it worked before and is not working now, something is either dirty/oxidized, loose, or failing.

Peace,
dave

Can you better define what you mean by "flashing". Is it an intermittent flash, like a lose connection or is it a flash at regular timed intervals?

its more like fast blinking, when i turn the laser on the beam gets dimer and start to blink fast. ( it looks like it jumps from high beam to low beam, (laser beam is still present when it is blinking)

There was an Old thread where they found out that the battery ws the cause of this.

Its one of the causes Not All the Reasons why it can start flashing.

http://laserpointerforums.com/f51/please-help-diagnose-battery-problem-59131.html

Even though they show fully charged they Can still not be good cells.

Maybe the driver is pulling to many Amp's from the Battery.

What brand Battery are you using. Better yet do you have a Link to the battery.

That is what my guess would be on your issue.
