HI everyone. Im new to the forum. I bought this laser from OdicForce. Its amazing i love it. Does anyone know more about this laser? OdicForce sent me the LPM results. It Scored 1500mW. It was rated at 1W on the site. So it performs better then expected.

Sorry i know thats alot of images. Just wanted to give everyone a clear idea of what this laser does. Its truely amazing. Special Thanks to Jon @OdicForce Lasers. Hes a good guy, sent me this Next Day Delivery.

I wanted to ask, does anyone know how i can convert one of the star cap lenses into a G2 lens? Is that possible? I know that there is also a lens already inside the laser. If it is possible to convert the star caps into a G2 lens would it work? What would be the effects of the laser? Would it keep the beam tighter?

I'm new to lasers. Hopefully within time i can learn alot. So If any of my questions seem to be noob mistakes, i apologise.

NOTE - I Always Wear Protective Glasses While Using Lasers.
Eagle Pair - 190-540nm & 800-2000nm Eye Protection.

It would do you no good to put a G2 lens in front of the laser, it would not give you a tighter beam or give you any other advantage. Nice pics BTW!

Hey Cube777 thanks for your reply. I just spoke to Jon @OdicForce he said the same thing. I think i will take your advice and leave it as it is. Its a beautiful bit of kit. I love it. I might buy one from Rick Trent soon, hes doing some good lasers using 9mm diodes that output around 3 - 3.5W. Just want to collect some lasers together and build a small gadget collection.
