Possibly 2.5 watts, and that's not bad for desktop burning/cutting, but it's not going to be 10 watts.
At the very best it could be a 5 watt, but I doubt it judging from the focal point, it looks like a NDB7875 with a 3 element, they are good burners/cutters on the desktop.
At best it could be a NDB7A75, but again I doubt it, with those batteries 2.5 watts by way of a NDB7875 would be my bet.
This is mine and it's 5 watts.
That looks like a single diode laser, I don't think there were two beams combined, so I don't believe it's 10W without seeing it tested on an LPM since there is no 10W blue diode. I would guess it is over 3W but no more than 7W.

The Skyray host is very similar
