Wow thats exactly what I've been lookin for! I'm deffinately interested. I'm sure we'd all also be interested in learning how to do it ourselves ;)

Not neccessarily saying give us schematics, but if you have any resources that would help, I know I'd sure appreciate it.

What a cheat! Wires everywhere! LoL.

Uh, when i got the custom IC and smd mounting, it becomed half the size, included the sensor ..... but at that moment, when they needed it on-the-fly, i only had that exact space for fit all inside, so, no other way for make it :p

Ah, well, at least, it worked ..... and in electronics, when you build a thing on the fly, and it work at the first trial, don't ask yourself "why", just thanks your saints (LOL :D)

None taken, its funny discussing with you lol.

The updated micro-chips has arrived! Since my RGV laser needs a new red and green laser I am still using the RGB LED for testing, which does fine. I've taken a video of all the programs, and to help visualize the colour-effects in a time tunnel (or light tunnel), I used a fan with a strip of masking-tape instead of a mirror. The light from the LED reflects off of the masking tape and simulates how it would look like standing right infront of the laser tunnel.

The fan has a variable speed and is set to repeat the "colour-cycles" ones per rev. for a cool effect. It does not flicker in real life.

Whenever I get some new lasers I will re-do the video.

More to come. . .

Wow,

That is awsome! All those effects are controled by that one board? Selectable by button codes?

Put me down for a few.

Awsome work.

Yep, one board and two buttons (one program- and one option-button).

Very good work, my compliments, especially for programming (i'm one of those "electronic dinosaurs" that still insist in doing things with common components, when actually the same things can be done more easily with micropics :p ..... one of these days, i have to convince myself to learn better something about pic programming :D)

Thanks! The IC is pre-programmed for LED-architectural lighting, but I'm thinking of getting the tools to make my own programming in the future, that would be pretty sweet.

Whats the ETA looking like on completed boards? I'm looking to get one and its going to be the last step in completing my 7 color build.

Re: Feeler: full colour driver extension for the White Fusion kit

I can't say yet, I'm trying to find a manufacturer atm. If however anyone wouldn't mind, I can make two drivers on proto-boards right now, but they will be a little larger than a custom PCB. I have underestimated all the work involved, this is the first time I try to make and sell something so the price will go up to $60, I hope it's understandable. Still, it is a little early so nothing is official. :yabbem:

$60 is a steal if you ask me. Costs that much for 3 CW drivers with no modulation and no pic control.

Yeah I'm still in for $60 too. I just wanted a to know if it was going to be any time soon. I'll just go ahead and set up my kit using DDL drivers and get it ready for when you get these completed, Good luck.

Hmm, a watertight box. Make a watertight window and you have a submersible laser show. :crackup:Not that you would EVER take something like this close to water, but the added protection would be great.

You laugh but that is my plan :D. Add a watter tight window and tailcaps for the buttons and on/off switch push button switch. I want it weather proof more than submersible but if I can achieve both why not :D.
