I think that would make for one unique laser, an IgorT 635nm  :D So what do you think, Igor...?  :p

What's the saying... "If you built it, they will come." ??  An IgorT Black Al Host with a 635nm tight beam - oh boy. Recession be damned, if he builds it, I'm buying it. PayPal and Visa have me covered.

Hell, looking at those 6-colour shots stickied in Multimedia has got me all hot for a 635 nm myself.

Put me down for one too Igor ! (If you make 'em, of course... :D)

Re: FS: >110mW PHR, >140mW 4x & >170mW 6x Blu-Rays

I am currently wrapping up the testing of the by now bloated 6x batch #2, and preparing for shipping.

I am kinda drowned in work and emails, so i had to go offline to finish it all. I may be a little slow to respond for a couple more days, but i do check emails and PMs at least once a day...

I will contact everyone with info when the last of it is done. Most of it wil be done before the end of the week, hopefully the special requests as well.

EDIT: Oh, wow, again a lot of activity, while i was gone... But i'll have to read it all and respond later.

Well, I feel special to have found a master craftsman such as Igor at this time with a looming special lens gb. If Igor will accept my visa then you guys can probably add one more notch. A 6x 180mW in the Classic Romisen host with GB lens is what I am thinking. What do you guys think for my first high powered laser purchase?

Great. No, I am from the States. A visit one day would be fantastic.

Re: FS: >110mW PHR, >140mW 4x & >170mW 6x Blu-Rays

I've got no worries about IgorT - the people worrying me right now would be DealExtreme where I placed an order for batteries / charger / tripod over a week ago - as of today, no ship notification.   ::)

So I hop on their website to check my order status:
The order or receipt number, and the e-mail address you have provided matched no order in our database.

Huh? I have a receipt I saved as a PDF for the order! Is this the norm for ordering with these guys? If so, I'll just order the batts/charger from an American source - I'll pay more, but they'll at least show up.

I'd contact customer service but they're on vacation until the 30th... :-[

Oddly enough, they DID have time to debit my PayPal account. Gotta love VISA fraud protection services.

This is I think......
Due to the holiday of Chinese New Year, they will take a break for the Chinese New Year.
Thus, the shipment probably will be delay.

No, he only takes AMEX & Diner's.... not.  :p Just open up a Paypal account and "link" your VISA to it. That's what I did a while back & I have no concerns over the process or Paypal.

IgorT needs to sell 6 more 6Xs and then he will be able to buy the lenses. So you buy the 6X now (Romisen Classic is an excellent choice, if I do say so myself   ) and once the GB is done, you buy the lens (already mounted in the nut). The price for the acrylic lens you get now with the 6X doesn't really play a roll (financially speaking).

*EDIT* I don't even think you need to open a PayPal acct; A PayPal user can send you an "invoice" and you can pay said invoice directly with your credit card (via PayPal).

I have the same 'delay' problem with my DealExtreme order. So it's probable caused by the Chinese New Year...

Correct - IgorT will send you an invoice via PayPal, just follow the link to open PayPal in your browser. If you want to open a PayPal account, follow the steps. If you do NOT want to open a PP account, it's hard to find on the page but it's there, near the bottom. A tiny text-only link that says 'Click here to pay using a credit card' - or something similar. Click that link and you can pay without creating a PP account.

Re: FS: >110mW PHR, >140mW 4x & >170mW 6x Blu-Rays

Ok, everyone, i am finishing the last of it now. I have to finish the work, before i can make all the new graphs and email them to you, so just a little patience with that please. If i did the graphs immediatelly, all the rest of the work would get delayed.

IMPORTANT: If anyone sent me an email which didn't get answered, please check if you sent it in the "Order Summary" email row! I often look at the sumary for order details, when finishing up the lasers, and if you write me there, G-Mail marks the entire row as "read", when i look at the summary. Then i don't know you wrote something!

So if there are any unanswered emails, please write me again. The "Order Summary" email row is primarily meant for order details and any updates or add-ons, so i have all the important info in the first one or two emails. Conversations should be done in the original email row. It's just how i have it all organised..

Anyway, i need to get back to work. I hope i can get back online soon, and then i will be able to reply more often again.
