I hate to have to tell you this but "KIDS" nowadays use those words like sailors of old. I don't like to see those words here but times have changed.

It sucks that you had such bad experiences with them! Personally my only problems with DX have been unshipped items, and each time they have sent the missing item no questions asked. As jayrob mentioned you can get them to refund your shipping cost, but yeah.. it's a huge hassle. It would be much easier and cheaper for both parties if they just got it right the first time.

Btw, I liked the title.. It makes you want to read the thread ;)

I was just thinking this, then I got an email from PP stating that if I spend $20 or more at focal price (or some other chinese stores), I will get a $20 credit in a month.

I must say that Dx can mess up orders from time to time. I have posted on their forum about this in my noOb time I was directed by some straight forward mods on that forum who helped my lame brain Thur the steps for both refund and exchange.

as many transactions as that company has it must be a logistics nightmare.

I'm still waiting for a package DX say they shipped a month ago, but I've opened up a support ticket, and should hopefully get a response before too long. I've still had time to place 3 orders since though, my faith in DX hasn't been shaken.

I'm afraid so, but for $10 EMS didn't seem worthwhile. After 14 days I think HK Post qualify it as lost and pay DX back on the insurance, at which point they re-post or refund, but I'm only speculating. Has anyone had a package lost from DX before? (sorry for the thread-side-track)

It's all good my friend the conversation is totally relevant. I've never had a problem getting any packages from them. It has always been just a matter of time for me.

They sent you the same wrong item, a second time.
Their must be something more to that mistake, then just some guy pulling the wrong item off the shelf.
