I just got home from work and I was surprised to see the wire I purchased from FlaminPyro sitting in my mailbox. I ordered it Saturday and he shipped it same day. The wire itself is amazingly flexible. I haven't gotten a chance to use any yet but I am definitely looking forward to it as soon as I get my order from Modwerx. Looks like he even included some heat shrink tubing! Anyone interested in getting great wire for your build at a good price should definitely check FlaminPyro out. Will be ordering more in the future.

Yeah, this stuff is great to work with I got a foot or so of Morgan who inturn ot it off FP
it doesnt melt when soldering and is flexible as a contorsionist :)

It is the best stuff I have seen. The flexibility and melt resistant are second to none. Also you can strip it with your fingernails.:D

Howdy All Yes this is the stuff to have for sure, I hope to soon have more colors avable and in one size larger also ;)
1-5-11 All the colors are here now there are 8 of em, RED, WHITE, BLUE, GREEN, BLACK, YELLOW, PURPLE,ORANGE.
All are 26 gauge, here's a link to the FS: thread.

Mine came quick too. I thought the wire I had been using was good enough but this stuff is all I will use from now on--Thanks Jeff

Out of interest Jeff, can you get smaller gauges?

Yes I can get smaller gauges you should let me know soon what you
are interested in as I will be placing an order in the next couple of weeks
I think they go down to like 36 gauge with the silicone insulation.
I'm pretty sure the price goes up as the wire gets smaller than 20 gauge.
To get the price I get I have to order a min of 8500 feet so I don't do
this ordering every day :(
Let me know what gauges and colors you would like and I'll try to help ;)
If enough people show interest I may do a GB but we will be talking
500' min per person if we can get 16 people to go in, if 30 people
join in the min could be 250' each with me picking up the slack, so
that could be 5 different colors 100' of each color or 4 colors with 200' of black as
that one is used the most.
I can even get it in custom colors for a bit more money, would you like
your BLUE wire color to be at 445 nm :)

Yeah stuff is amazing. Frankly, this should be the only wire you use for building lasers. If your build has any lead wires, this is the only wire you should use, as it will save you TONS of problems and will bend instead of snapping your diode pins off like other wires do.

What kind of price range would we be looking at?
I'd definitely be interested in a GB, It's a logical buy since eventually it's going to get used..... and this wire amazing.
