He is stalling as always - he didn't want to send customers their lasers while he was still on the forum and wanted to protect his reputation, why should he send them now that he is already despised? Get your money back or report him before it's too late.

Seriously though, I'd recommend anyone with outstanding deals to be careful, and take your own measures to ensure your money can't be taken. I notice he's dropped the "my mum has died" argument. Furthermore, I'm certain he "publicly stated" several other things, which were later proven to be categorically untrue.

If only I could blur my realities and fictions as effectively as that...

in reguards to what heruursciences said. it's a load of CRAP! i ordered ONE 9mm 1WATT 650nm red laser diode for $150, not any c-mounts or anything like that, and it wasnt $250, he's a liar.

I want you to read up on heruursciences, he's the biggest scammer who ever lived on LPF, read his threads, he's even LISTED as a scammer! and him lying saying i got 2 free C-mounts and got $250 back is a total lie.

Talk to some of the members on LPF about him, theil tell you, and i also have proof that he lied about what i ordered from him on paper! I ordered the diode and 3 weeks later he STILL wouldnt answere a single e-mail, not one. and a week later, i get an e-mail from HIM saying how HIGH he was that night and he's "not sending me shit" and i quote word for word. he's BAD news, stay away from him, he almost got me for $150 when i first started building lasers a long time ago

For further proof (the person i ordered that diode for) PM "themandalorian" on LPF, he'll tell you the WHOLE story, un-denyable truth directly from the customer i ordered the diode for

now read those threads very closely, and i garuntee you will see my point, he's a WELL know scammer, there are over 100 documented cases of him ripping customers off, sending broken items, empty packages, or nothing at all!!! thats why i opened a dispute on him b4 it was too late, and it was for $150 not $250 lol, he makes me laugh. what a rotten person...

He was always this nice to people who he felt he still had a chance to trick. I have no doubt that all his "I will refund you for your trouble" and his rambling on about Chris Leubner is purely an attempt to make you wait for your laser until it is too late to get your money back.

While heruursciences does have a rather shady business record, the fact that Tyler bought from a scammer does not make him less of a scammer himself. It is actually somewhat disturbing that he can alter the truth so much in his own mind that he can hate heruursciences for scamming while himself being one of the biggest scammers ever on LPF.

An important thing to remember is also the low quality of his laser builds compared to what he claimed to be able to do. For instance, he said he could build a "true" 473nm laser pointer from scratch, as well as a HeNe. The guy could barely make a working solder joint so I VERY MUCH doubt that he would be able to build the White Fusion kit for you, even if he wanted to.

I would advice you to go with your instinct. Just like you said, he has not actually answered any of your questions, only tried to talk enough to confuse you. I am glad to see you are not easily fooled

while chris's(heruur) has a questionable past, it should have not been brought up. you were contacting him about his dealings with you. that should be all that matters... hes stalling trying to throw the blame off on someone else to take the focus off himself.... enter a dispute ASAP and forget the lies hes trying to feed you.

I've already tried. It's been more than 45 days ago, so Paypal won't accept a dispute, and he just said "I can't give a refund now" when I mailed him about it.

The FDA does have a section for turning people in.
