totally agree :) ...a guy with a bad reputation in a forum (for spam and other) could start a "new life" in another forum without having to bear the old reputation. Not to mention the fact that the rules in forums are often different from each other.

I have to agree with this. Unless someone is a spammer or a scammer it is best not to bring disputes over from other forums.
