Not that AixiZ needs any more positive feedback since we all know they know their business, I just want to share this piece of conversation I had with Chuck:

However a bulk of 10 is a bit too much, I only actually need 1 or 2 for a proof-of-concept design (me and a friend from LPF have a new laser lens idea).

Would you be willing to sell only a pair of those instead of 10 lot? I'd greatly appreciate it!

are one of the best laser shops ;)

I had purchased 10 Aixiz Modules 2 years ago and 2 of the
modules were missing the Lens Spring.
After contacting Chuck for 2 more springs... a week later we
received 10 more complete Aixiz modules...:eek:

Yeah...Chuck knows the meaning of GREAT Customer Service..

I asked for 50 warning labels with my order( for extra charge of course ) and I instead got 190 shipped free of charge as soon as I told Chuck about the missing 50 labels in my first order.. Go figure.

You ought to read up a bit on the myriad ways that drlava recently dropped the ball with his customers.. and couldn't even be bothered to respond to direct inquiry. His game (and some of the other sellers that spend most of their time on PL as well) is to assume an arrogant stance ("I'm the great and powerful drlava.. I'm soo awesome that I'm above having an obligation to provide good customer service.. I do what I want when I want.") and use that position as the basis of his stunningly lacking customer service. Essentially he's the opposite of Aixiz in terms of customer care..

Except that the homepage is a bit disorienting. :crackup:

Got my package,

And yes, all 10 of them were in the package, plus two free Aixiz 5.6mm diode blanks, full with lenses and springs and all.

Go figure.

Well, homepage is maybe a little weird but their shopping pages are standard ZenCart layout and very easy to manouver through.

At least, I think it's ZenCart.

This is a great American Family owned Company. I know you can get the Aixiz modules online from Chines design thieves but why wait a Month for something you can get in a week and have the backing of a Person that Cares about the sale! Every time I order from there I'm treated like a important sale. Care is taken in packaging, and there have been many times...'a little extra'...was thrown in there.

I asked Chuck about all the other sellers using his name for these blank modules-- he said N/P its like calling 'Puffs" Klennex-- but when they steal his pics & discriptions from his listings he is not so nice.. do you blame him?? I dont.

BTW he pronounces it 'ache -sieze' not axis or any of the other ways.
He tells me that they came up with ' AixiZ' because his wife is Xia and they have a daughter named Zi--

Biz is down.. so buy AixiZ- The after-the-sale customer service & crazy fast shipping is the best.
Some of the (VERY few)neg FBs they have gotten are riduclous
" It may be 5 mW of red laser but will not burn anything"
duh??
