I am getting screwed by member BHWOLLEN as well! I was looking for a decent LPM and he offered to sell me his for $120. If I knew if was going to take almost a month to ship I would never have ordered it from him and just spent the extra $20 and got it new. He has also lied to me on several occasions saying that it has already shipped and that he was going to send me a tracking number. He now does not return any of my PM's so I guess I have to go public so he gets the message.

BHWOLLEN: If I do not receive the item by this weekend, please refund me money or I am going to start a PayPal dispute with you!!!

Paul - calm down. Everyone here knows that BH is not doing this on purpose to people. Personal issues DO take precedence over laser issues, despite how obsessed some of us become over lasers. In any event, you can be sure that you will receive the LPM, but just give it some time. And don't shout.

Sorry about the uppercase, I only copied and pasted the messages I have sent him. He has been avoiding me the past few weeks even though he promised several times to ship the item. He said by Monday 8/8 he was going to send me the tracking number. I have asked him multiple times for the tracking number and/or his phone number.

Money has been refunded with an explanation as to what happened.

Finally a response from bhwollen! Thanks for refunding my money even though I had to wait and make enough noise for you to actually respond. It most likely never shipped in the first place or you would have sent me the tracking number when I first requested it.

what i don't understand and nobody else seemed to mention is that the OP has only 1 post but claims to have been buying off of the forum for months. How is that possible?

Ben, you have to admit that I was very patient and understanding in the beginning. When I asked in a forum what was a good LPM to purchase and you offered me yours, I sent you the money the very next day with a request to please ship as soon as possible. I did not bother you until a few weeks later when all my other laser projector parts arrived (from China, Austrailia, etc.) and I simply asked you for the tracking number. You kept putting me off and saying that it had already shipped and then the next that it had not shipped yet. This entire transaction has been VERY frustrating! Next time just be honest and ship within a few days of receiving the money, thank you...

I believe you've found one of the quicker, easier methods of effectively removing yourself from LPF's marketplace.

This should not be swept under a rug. Keep the thread.
