I was just wondering if there are any other programs that I can replace shockwave flash on my MacBook Pro .
Shockwave is always crashing over and over whenever there is some lag shockwave is it 90% of the time is there anyways to delete the program and use a different one? Or ways to fix it though I have tried many 2009 MacBook Pro Thanks

Flash has begun being deprecated in favor of HTML5 as of late last year. If you're having issues, uninstall it and use a browser like Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. Reputable websites really shouldn't be using it anymore.

You should be able to do without flash for most pages by now. The main application remaining seems to be in ads that you don't want to see anyway.

There will be the odd legacy website that requires flash to view a video and stuff like that, but those should be phasing out rapidly now that even adobe doesn't really encourage it any longer.
