My macbook pro, iMac, Mac Pro has user upgradable memory. The Mac Pro has expansion slots for extra hardware. What do you mean apple products.
iPads are NOT user upgradable. Nor are any tablets upgradable.

Ah sorry, I meant iPod's/iPhone's.

Most phones nowadays come with expandable memory, not the iPhone though. Apple needs all the money they can get.

Yes. iPad has an adapter kit.
It is kind of limited.

Yep, Micro-SD is being incorporated into most if not all android phones.
