Default Anyone interested in some old laptops?

Seeing as how the "Buy, Sell, and Trade" forum is for lasers, I figured I would just post this here.

Is anyone interested in buying/bidding on 2 old laptops? One is a '93 Toshiba, the other is a Dell Latitude CSx. The CSx is a fairly decent machine, it probably just needs a new hard drive.

I don't know too much about the Toshiba, my Multimedia teacher just had it lying around his class and he let me keep it. The CSx has a 10GB hard drive, 128MB's of RAM, 500MHz P3 Processor.

Best of luck on this. The price you're asking on the auction may be difficult to get. Even the 500MHz is at the point where companies dealing in old tech would ask you to pay them the recycling cost. I recommend finding a place that might be interested in taking the CS as a donation. At least then, you would get a tax deduction. If I don't miss my guess, the Toshiba is a 486. Unless a tinkerer is going for it just to have something for parts to play with, its value is also negative.

I've found that laptops of the P2/P3 class are still viable for various Amateur Radio purposes as well. Maybe posting the Dell on a site where HAM operators will get a good look at it might bring in $10-$20 if locally delivered.
