I don't know about the Police, but surely the FBI. They would still need a warrant, however the NSA needs no such warrant and monitors almost every bit of traffic in the USA. Good thing they don't care about people downloading music and movies off the web. The burden falls on the industries to police the net and then report to the authorities what they have found.

This woman must have admitted that she did indeed download these songs and they fined her for it. Their is little proof that any IP they capture is the actual person they are prosecuting.

That is correct and because everyone is a fellon, No guns or second amendment. We can all be disarmed by simple legal tricks.
Then we can throw rocks at our armed government like in Iran :-(

I honestly dont believe America can ever be disarmed. There are too many people that wouldnt stand for it. There arent enough police and military to try. Besides they all took an oath to defend the constitution.. from enemies foreign and domestic. If they go back on that oath.. they are no longer a ligitimate government. But who knows.. the army has been training to "disarm"the public for at least 20 years now... and the latest DOD report clearly says "all protests are low level terrorism"& returning vets are also terrorists.

Alright so what happens when you have little tiny guns,and the army has tanks,helicopters,bulletproof vests,sub machine guns and weapons that we cant compete 2 ? It will happen. July 27 Fema will be having a " Test " procedure in the case of a emergency. But get this, It wont be american troops, It will all be foreign troops from around the world. Wonder why ? Well American troops wont harm fellow Americans, but Mexican, again, European troops will. Simply said.

Try posting your stuff on the JREF forums and see what happens. You will have to defend your points rationally or be mocked to hell and back. Let's stick to lasers and non-offensive stuff here please.

Looks like the army along with foreign troops training to take the people to camps to me. All drills are eventually for the real deal. Why would they even practice such a thing ? Why would DHS say gun owners and returning vets as "potential terrorists" & DOD saying all protests are terrorism? Both statements above can be easily verified.

All protests terrorism? Those gay rights activists in California didn't have a problem. They train because they are told to so by their government. Look how handy it has come in Iraq, we've trained for urban warfare like this since the early 90's. I have no reason to believe my government wants to enslave me. They make more money off of me by paying my taxes and traffic tickets, well the state makes money off the tickets.
