this appears to be in a bug in ad being served. the ads shown are random for these ones and not on LPF server so can't really do anything to stop it. that ad will likely be pulled off the network soon though b/c it's broken.

what u can try is editing the hosts file,

just map adxpose.com to 127.0.0.1
