Increased number of threads displayed in forums

I increased the number of threads displayed in forums, since server has more power now we can handle this easily i think

also it will make stickies less likely to take up space

please let me know if site seems slower but i highly doubt this will be an issue

It could feel just a LITTLE BIT slower, but nothing to worry about, it's the price we've got to pay. Good enough for me, thanks a lot for listening to the sticky idea
