First go to your User CP

Yeah, I noticed that it is just this forum where you need to confirm it. You can still see if they deny or ignore it though.

Adding a read receipt will only tell you the owner read the message through the control panel; however if they have their PMs automatically emailed to them when the message comes in, you will not get any indication the message has been read when in fact it may have been.
So, in short there is no way to prove that the PM remains unread.

Oh really? Where do you see that? I just did a test on myself and it just said unread when I clicked cancel. Maybe i missed it
