in order to allow you advanced editing options in your posts. Things like custom colors and smileys. You need to first click on "user CP" on the top left hand side of the window. From there click on "Edit Options" Scroll down to the bottom of the page under "Message Editor Interface" and click the drop down window and select either "standard editor" or "advanced editor" This will enable a new button below your post box allowing you to "Go Advanced". Once you click on go advanced, you can then see this nice little window

5. click applly.
6. go to post, click "go advanced"
