A bit late, but here are my thoughts. In CPFM (Candlepowerforums Marketplace), they've got a "Cheers" and a "Jeers" section, for good and bad experiences. Separating the two would be a good idea, as I generally find the negative reports are more informative, even if they are only a small percentage of the positive ones (for a given seller), otherwise you just drown in a flood of "good seller, A+++++++" messages like on ebay.
