I like c0ldshadow's "Trades Feedback / Dispute Resolution" title as it comes across as more feedback oriented rather than "i got scammed im gonna rant" , perhaps its merely semantics but it sounds good to me.

I still think most issues can and should be resolved via email / Pm but should resolution not be reached having a section where the good the bad (and the ugly :D) can be posted for all to see can only be a positive thing.

Most of the people who got scammed tried the email/PM route. Only after weeks of effort did they post. By then OC they were so pissed off that the vent was in high gear.

I like the Trades Feedback / Dispute Resolution idea too. It will give a place for people to vent, and if the seller really cares, a quick resolution should follow.

if u guys make a poll about adding a new section and enough ppl want it we can do it..

for example Trades Feedback / Dispute Resolution.. idk something for positive than just Fraud Lolz

i am very open to suggestions what u all want

Yeah... I like that section name... now we would have a place to Open a
Thread about a Deal or Transaction that went sour... instead of all over
the forum..

:yh: I approve of this Section name......:sold:

On other forums, normally complaints are placed in the admin's section so why not use what's already here?

"Face piles of trials with smiles :) It riles them to believe that you percieve the web they weave."
If people would ignore the trash, it will be swept away with time. Ignore the garbage on the web.

Be conservative --- Smaller government.......

You can't allow scammers to get away with what they want, otherwise they will keep doing it. Some enforcement is a necessary evil.

if there anyone in particular that should be banned and enough ppl agree just PM me

temporary bans for obnoxious behavior are always possible if enough ppl think it is good idea

I rather not ban people for venting just as long as they do it in the proper spots on the forum. Everyone needs to vent off some steam every now and then.

Agreed... If they vent in a venting section the rest of us can get back to business without having someone tug on our apron strings while we conduct
our affairs....

@Mohrenberg.... exactly.....

Another vote for the title "Feedback and Dispute Resolution" here. This forum needs an area where all arguments can be put - I'd also suggest that people create threads like "Argument: X against Y", and when asked by OP or admin (like when people's BST threads get gate-crashed), those people must stop having their argument on the BST thread and move it to the linked "dispute thread" instead.

Not sure how practical it is, but offers a neat way of presenting both sides, without totally destroying the BST thread in question.

Ok, I'll approve it if people are organized (I know it's a lot to ask for in a forum but hey, it could be easy, just creating threads with member names).

Ok, how about:

"Trades Feedback & Dispute Resolution" - Discuss positive or negative feedback regarding buyers or sellers.

Anybody wanna improve it?
