Hi c0ld. I have been thinking about this for a while now. I come across loads of funny stuff on my surfing that is adult humour in nature and refrain from posting due to the wide agegroup of the forum members here (that is not to say that I find anyone immature here) . I dont mean links to pron or anything like that , but there is some pure genius pictures and parodies and jokes and quotes that I would feel uncomfortable with posting on our current forum setups.

My proposition is this: Include a disclaimer and maybe a declaration that you are over 18 years of age to view the content, swearing will be allowed. Common sense would apply here , no sick stuff and no crossing the obvious lines of decency. Most of us are consenting adults but enjoy a good laugh. I feel that this could be a hillarious and great addition to our already great forum.

what do you think?

J what do you get if you dye a blonde into a brunnete
A artificial intelligence

J blonde and a man are sitting at a bar the man approaches the blonde and says lets play a game i ask you a question if you cant answer it you give me £5 if i cant answer ill give you £50 is it a deal the blonde thinks about it and agrees heres my question the man says whats the distance in between the moon and the earth the blonde doesnt even bother to try so she gives the man a fiver ok my question now what is red blue and jumps around the guy thinks about it and grudgingly gives the blonde £50 which she pockets with a smile Hold on a minute the man says what is red blue and jumps around the blonde looks at him wordlessly and gives him £5

hey Jase

I understand where you are coming from. this is definatley a very laid back forum .. i have always been an "anything goes" type of a person, with exception of things that are blatantly wrong.

if we were to apply this type of idea, where exactly do you think the text should be written?

thanks for your feedback!!

talk soon

Hi Avery.

Thanks for replying so soon. Not sure it is possible but by clicking on the forum it would show a disclaimer of sorts so that people know the type of content available before they proceed to enter, confirmed by maybe clicking a button that says I accept the rules etc.

I believe that the forum would also self moderate as I believe most people know where the lines are drawn and what is deemed acceptable or not.

The sort of content I envisage are adult humour, jokes, parodies and pisstakes and a place for Timelord to really shine ;D ;D ;D. It would group this all in one place away from the bulk of the main forum. It could also be a place for people to rant and rave about what they want and to let off steam, whilst again keeping it away from the main forums.

It would still have to have rules, like banning linking hard core porn, or inciting racial hatred etc. If thats what you want to do, then there are sites to view or participate in that content. There is some really great and genuinely funny material available on the net and I would like this to be a place where people could share and enjoy it.

Thanks for listening.

Still, I'd make a sub-forum for that, and the disclaimer would also only be there.

If you have 18+ stuff you want to post, post it in the subforum, and link to it (if you want it in another thread).

Prolly should make that a members only forum then.
