im experimenting with another advertising network, if you guys find these ads too annoying please let me know. i put them on the bottom of the site to make it as least annoying as possible. having the ads helps me pay for the costs of the forum such as hosting.

i have decided to remove these ads. the service i signed up for that serves these ads does not allow enough control over the actual ads displayed, resulting in annoying/dumb ads being displayed.

I used to run a forum as well, and i had good experiences with:
www.bidvertiser.com
www.adbrite.com
you can choose what kind of ads are allowed to be displayed and which are not.
These are not banner advertisemens, more google ad-words like, and yahoo ads. (text only)
