All I see across the street is more dust and dead grass. And if I went a 'skippin through the dead grass, I'd probably find mummified lizards.
(They are starting rumors of "water rationing" here again. Last time was 2009, but they never got around to it. More problems than it's worth... if they start turning off water, pipes collapse. THEN they have to turn OFF the water after they turn it ON to repair collapsed pipes. Which collapses more pipes...)

Just this morning, the clear sky was actually blue instead of hazy. Lately, we've been having "clear" skys that only have a hint of blue. Plus, the AC is on the fritz. It still cools, just very inefficiently. My electric bill was almost $200 for a one bedroom apt, where we don't use the lights, we keep the temp at 76F, etc, etc. :wtf:
