I have known this for years. There was a time when partially hydrogenated vegetable oils were advertised as healthier than saturated fats. Now, those are considered the worst fats you can consume. I like natural saturated fats and have never altered my diet to exclude or reduce them. But, I'm lucky as my genes keep my LDL low no matter what I eat. The fact of the matter is your grandparents have more to do with your cholesterol levels than your diet does.

" THEY " have been saying this stuff for a long time, they say fish is good for you, then fish is good for you but only eat it twice a month, then fish is dangerous because of heavy metals, but also with many other things they say something then change it, and you are correct, our DLD-LDL is more about genetics than intake.

I just got a message that someone is trashing my name, using an account in my name at discord, I WILL NEVER (((((( NEVER )))))) be online at discord, I looked in once to see what it was about, but if my account is being hacked there then who needs that ?

These are the people at discord, BACKSTABBERS, you lie with dogs you get your leg humped. ;)

Are you a member at discord, when did you join ? I asked if you were a member when I looked in last week, VG checked with diachi and the answer was NO you were not a member.
