I agree... for being "just extracts" at least Blair's Reserves have *some* flavor.

What alot of people dont get about ultrahot food is that flavor is WAY more important than the heat. That's why I have a thing for all natural sauces or sauces that don't tase like chemical extract. There's alot of very unique flavors you can enjoy once you're tempered to handle blistering heat.

IMO, there's nothing quite like the crisp fruit/citrus taste of a Jamaican Red or Red Savina... MMmmmm.
Even restaraunt sauces like Quaker Steak's Triple Atomic... great carribean flavor to be enjoyed if you can beat the heat.
I agree with you... I make 2 or three good different chilli.

I make a wicked chocolate chilli:wave: And when my crew is eating it I give a full dose of the 2 AM .:D The 16 million is for when and elephant come into my yard. He gets that in the eyes:D

As it has been said: "No picture... it did not happened..." so here is my collection of the hottest peppers in the world. These are for this weekend's carne asada family feast at home :D

I am preparing Bhut Jolokia, Naga Morich and Red Savina Habanero as salsas options. I am using the Yuquitania for the carne asada marinate. The sweet peppers are to be roasted and served to the kids and wimps in the family.

I am also going to try to make xocolatl (chocolatl) drinks as the Aztec used to drink them, but with the Bhut Jolokia instead of the old world peppers.

And yes, there will be lots of milk, milk chocolate and vanilla ice cream (heavy on the fat, I still don't know which one)

Finally, I just could not wait for the weekend so I nibble on all of the six kind of peppers... the Bhut Jolokia has a really great flavor, but once the hotness takes over, your tongue becomes numb and you cannot think about anything else but how much the back of your throat is burning!

:D

We do have to give our thanks to God for really thinking about which end it wouild come out... I cannot imagine the pain if it would come out the other end, as vitamins do... if you know what I mean! :D

Yeap, you are always welcomed, I am in San Diego :D By the way, your visit most likely would end up in YouTube, with spanish subtitles as to what you were saying as the ambulance took you away

I does burn, that why you have ice cream after you edit them... then you just wait for the ice cream to come out to cool you down, and wait, and wait... then you start scream "COME OUT ICE CREAM, COME OUT!!! :cryyy:

I actually have four Bhut Jolokia plants growing. So far they are too young to bear, it is also late in their season, so I may have to wait for next year.

The box you see is from Cross Country Nurseries, I placed the order back in early March!!

They are not that hard to grow, the only thing is you must keep the about above 85F to germinate and to develop. Once they are about 6-8 inches, they made it.

I will have some seed this weekend, PM your address and I will send you a few.

May I get some seed as well?
ALthough in Ohio I'd probably have to plant it in June to get a consistent 85 degrees.

Sure!! PM me your address :D

You may need a heat bed, June may be too late to get it mature enough to produce fruit in September/October.
